Observatoire is a webapp and an app for the observatoire Doux-chasseral.
My role: Graphic design, web design, UX, UI, logo, pictograms
Graphic line
The logo is inspired by coats of arms. It therefore represents, "the observer's coat of arms". The left part of the illustration represents the Chasseral with its pike. The right part represents the Doubs river seen on a map. The two combined allow to associate the two parks without putting one of the two regions more forward.
Web-App
The project’s main question was: How to show the evolution of our surroundings through the years.
The concept is based on a keyword search that ultimately resulted in a sentence. It guides the entire project. “In the shoes of the observer” This sentence is composed of two important ideas of the subject. The part: “In the shoes…” allows to give an angle of view to the project. The user is the observer. The second part of the sentence: “…of the observer” allows to introduce the subject of natural parks.
App
This application aims to make the parks active and attractive both for people who know them and for new visitors who only have access to the "news" and an information page, which quickly explains who the parks are and what they do. This page highlights the contacts of the parks so that an interested party can propose their participation.
